Delivery

We normally prepare and dispatch or personally deliver your order within 3 working days after receiving it.

Vienna

Personal delivery within Vienna is generally free of charge.

We deliver many orders ourselves and will contact you if necessary regarding the delivery.

Outside Vienna

Orders outside Vienna are normally sent by parcel service.

Additional shipping costs may apply depending on the destination, weight and number of parcels. If shipping costs apply, we will inform you by email after receiving your order.

For your first order, Olive Delivery generally covers the shipping costs.

For subsequent orders outside Vienna, the applicable shipping costs will be communicated to you before the order is processed.

Payment

No prepayment or online payment is required.

We normally dispatch or deliver your order first. Afterwards, you will receive your invoice or receipt.

You can then pay by bank transfer, using the invoice number as the payment reference.

For orders personally delivered by Olive Delivery, particularly within Vienna, cash payment upon delivery is also possible.

If you prefer to pay in advance, you may use the bank details provided with your order confirmation. In this case, please use your order number as the payment reference.

We do not process credit or debit card payments through this website.
